Galaxy Ventures: It is expected that cryptocurrency startup investments will double to $25 billion by 2025.

According to a report by Dlnews on June 27, deep tide TechFlow revealed that Mike Giampapa, a partner at Galaxy Ventures, stated that investments in crypto startups are expected to reach $20-25 billion in 2025, with PitchBook estimating $18 billion, doubling from $9.6 billion in 2024. Driven by Trump’s pro-crypto policies and industry-friendly legislation, Bitcoin prices have reached new highs, Circle's IPO has seen a big pump, fintech companies are acquiring crypto firms, and banks are exploring the issuance of stablecoins. Notably, in this round of financing frenzy, startup teams are no longer composed solely of crypto natives; more talents from traditional banks and tech giants like OpenAI are introducing Blockchain technology into TradFi. Investors are now focusing more on fundamental indicators such as revenue and user activity, with significantly increased demands for transparency following the FTX incident.
