The 10-year U.S. Treasury yield has fallen by more than 7 basis points this week.
On Friday, at the end of trading in New York, the yield on the 10-year US Treasury fell to 4.3751%, while the yield on the 2-year Treasury reported at 3.9077%. Both have continued to decline this week, mainly due to market reactions to expectations of interest rate cuts following the Federal Reserve (FED) meeting.
