[Solana co-founder dodges Pump Fun lawsuit documents delivered by Burwick Law for the ninth time] Solana Labs co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko has successfully dodged the delivery of a lawsuit against him regarding Pump Fun for the ninth time. The lawsuit accuses him of being involved in the fraudulent "casino" operations of the meme coin platform. The law firms Burwick Law and Wolf Popper recently submitted amended litigation documents, listing the cryptocurrency companies Solana and Jito, along with several executives, as defendants in a case concerning Pump Fun. The legal team began serving the complaint to the defendants last week, including Solana Labs and Jito Labs. However, after multiple "due diligence" attempts, they still failed to serve the complaint to Yakovenko, Solana co-founder Raj Gokal, Solana Foundation Chair Lily Liu, Jito CEO and COO Lucas Bruder, and Brian Smith.
