1.Gt的回购是利润的20%拿来回购，这点和HT是有区别的，HT说的收入的20%，0K是30%。
2.GT，20%的回购比例是学习的ht,但是ht是几倍回报才出这个政策的。gt现在长期破发的情况下，本来回购进度比其他平台晚一年多，韩老板是不应该再从gt持有者里抢利益的。更合理的政策是，在gt低于一刀时，应该加大回购力度，20%- 50%全部用于市场回购;超过1刀后，15%回购市场，5%回购团队。
