Trump Media Technology Group (DJT.O) filed an S-3 registration statement in connection with the previously announced bitcoin asset deal, in which the company said it seeks registered investors to resell about 56 million shares, as well as 29 million underlying convertible notes, with the proceeds to be used to create bitcoin assets and general corporate purposes, according to Golden Finance. Filed Form S-3 in connection with debt and equity subscription agreements with approximately 50 investors, raising gross proceeds of approximately US$2.3 billion.
