The UK digital services company The Smarter Web Company increased its holdings by 230 Bitcoins.

According to the Gate News bot, PANews reported that the UK-listed digital services company The Smarter Web Company announced on July 1 that as part of its "decadal plan," the company has newly acquired 230.05 Bitcoins. The average purchase price was £78,103 (approximately $107,126) per coin, with a total investment amounting to £17,967,600.

Currently, The Smarter Web Company holds a total of 773.58 Bitcoins, with an overall average purchase price of £78,022 (approximately $107,015) per coin, totaling an investment of £60.3563 million. The company currently has around £38 million in cash reserves for future Bitcoin purchase plans.

The Smarter Web Company has started accepting Bitcoin payments since 2023 and has incorporated Bitcoin into its financial strategy, believing that Bitcoin is an important part of the future global financial system.
