Fed Harker: Inflation remains a major concern, expects Fed will not cut interest rates in September.

He believes there is still some distance to reach a neutral policy level, but there is no need to adopt stimulative policies. In addition, Hamak pointed out that despite facing economic slowdown, the labor market may remain balanced, and the unemployment rate is one of the important indicators.
