Ripple Labs CEO: Unable to predict when the judge will make a ruling on the SEC case
Golden Finance reported that Brad Garlinghouse, CEO of Ripple Labs, was asked about the potential settlement negotiations with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the United States during an interview on Wednesday. He said, "I cannot comment specifically on that. It can be said that the judge's ruling is already very clear, and we look forward to a quick resolution, but cannot predict when the judge will make a ruling." The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) website lists a 'closed-door meeting' scheduled for July 18th, and an SEC spokesperson declined to comment.
