On October 31st, Jinshi Data reported that on the evening of October 30th local time, the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation (KAN) disclosed the draft ceasefire protocol between Israel and Lebanon. The document is said to have been drafted by Amos Hochstein, the Deputy Assistant to the President of the United States and Senior Advisor on Energy Security, and has been submitted to Israeli political institutions. According to reports, the main content of this draft is that, from the day of signing, it will recognize and fully implement United Nations Security Council Resolution 1701, especially prohibiting Hezbollah and other armed groups in the region from taking action against Israel. The report pointed out that the Lebanese Armed Forces will be the only armed force in southern Lebanon besides the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL). In addition, Israel will not carry out any offensive actions in Lebanon, including military and government targets. According to the draft, the Israeli army will withdraw from southern Lebanon within a week. At that time, the Lebanese Armed Forces will take over the area under the supervision of the United States and other international institutions. As of now, the relevant content has not been officially confirmed by Israel.
