Jinshi Data News on November 25th, as of 4:50 am local time on November 25th, it was learned from the Romanian Election Commission that 99.05% of the votes in the first round of the Romanian presidential election have been counted. The preliminary results show that independent candidate Călin Georgescu is leading with a vote rate of 22.71%, and Marcel Ciolacu ranks second with a vote rate of 19.42%. According to the Romanian election law, if no candidate obtains an absolute majority in the first round of voting, the top two candidates will compete for the presidency in the second round of voting on December 8th.
