Citi: Ether performed poorly, but Ethereum's TVL is rising
Golden Finance reported that Citibank (C) stated in a research report on Monday that ETH has performed poorly so far this year, falling by more than 20%, but the fundamentals are improving, and the Total Value Locked (TVL) on the Ethereum blockchain has risen significantly.
