Jin10 reported on May 5th that Kangli Elevator announced that its original controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Wang Youlin, has passed away. His spouse, Ms. Zhu Meijuan, has inherited 376 million shares of the company, accounting for 47.06% of the total share capital. After the completion of this equity change, Ms. Zhu Meijuan has become the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company.
