Trump Makes a New Purchase Worth 5 Million: Added to This Altcoin Despite Losses! - Coin Bulletin
Despite a total loss of approximately 146 million dollars, the cryptocurrency company connected to Donald Trump made a new purchase, adding 5 million units to an altcoin.
According to data shared by the crypto analysis platform Lookonchain, former US President Donald Trump's family-connected crypto project World Liberty Financial (WLFI) recently acquired approximately 4.89 million SEI for around 775 thousand dollars using the stablecoin USD Coin (USDC). With this purchase, which occurred at an average of 0.158 dollars per SEI, the total amount of SEI held in the company's wallet has increased to 5,983,278.
However, the company's recent investments are not yielding bright results. According to data shared by Lookonchain, World Liberty Financial has currently incurred a 145.8 million dollar loss from 11 different cryptocurrency investments, in which it has spent a total of 346.8 million dollars. The company's largest loss comes from Ethereum, totaling (ETH). WLFI, which invested approximately 220 million dollars in Ethereum, has lost 114.7 million dollars from this investment.
The Trump-linked crypto company continues to suffer heavy losses from its other investments while continuing to acquire SEI. The company's portfolio includes coins such as Ethereum (ETH), Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC), TRON (TRX), Chainlink (LINK), Aave (AAVE), Move (MOVE), ENA, Mantle (MNT), Avalanche (AVAX), SEI, and Ondo (ONDO).
Among the other coins that World Liberty Financial suffered the most losses from, Wrapped Bitcoin with a loss of $16.2 million (WBTC) and Aave with a loss of $4 million (AAVE) are included.
