The UK's first FCA-regulated crypto derivatives trading platform GFO-X has officially launched in London, completing its first trade on Tuesday, conducted by financial institutions Virtu Financial and IMC, with the transaction cleared through LSEG subsidiary LCH's DigitalAssetClear. GFO-X is supported by banks such as ABN AMRO, Nomura, and Standard Chartered. Previously, in December 2023, GFO-X completed a $30 million Series B funding round, led by M&G Investments. (CoinDesk)
