Amazon doubles down on AI investment with a $20 billion investment in Pennsylvania

Amazon is investing 20 billion USD in Pennsylvania to build two new data centers to expand its AI infrastructure. The specific locations have not yet been determined, with Salem Township and Falls Township being the top candidates.

The AI race among companies is intensifying, with Meta and OpenAI also participating in major projects. Amazon has partnered with educational organizations in Pennsylvania to create career support training centers in the field of cloud computing, including programs for data center technicians and STEM workshops for schools.
