ETH surpasses BTC in contract trading volume and liquidation
According to data from Coinglass, in the past 24 hours, the total trading volume of Ethereum (ETH) futures ( has exceeded 111 billion USD, significantly higher than Bitcoin )BTC('s 87.5 billion USD. This is a rare occasion where ETH has surpassed BTC to become the asset with the largest trading volume of contracts in a day.
In addition, ETH contract liquidation volume also recorded an impressive high, reaching $131 million – more than twice as high as BTC. This development shows that the ETH market is attracting stronger cash flow and speculative activity in the short term, especially in the context of many investors betting on the upcoming large price movements.
