According to Mars Finance, Deng Jun, Vice Dean of the School of Finance at University of International Business and Economics, and Zhang Shuyu, Associate Professor at the School of Economics of Beijing Technology and Business University, wrote an article titled "The Challenges and Impacts of Encryption Digital Money on Global Financial Governance" in the China Economic Times, which is supervised and hosted by the Development Research Center of the State Council. They pointed out that the challenges and impacts of encryption digital money on global financial governance go far beyond technical or speculative issues; they relate to profound changes in sovereign credit, the future form of the monetary system, and global governance models. It is necessary to promote the construction of an inclusive, coordinated, and executable global digital currency governance mechanism: First, starting from the "intersection of interests" to avoid excessive ideologicalization; Second, attempting to build a more flexible governance structure to form an international cooperation model of "bottom-line governance"; Third, gradually accumulating mutual trust through informal dialogue mechanisms, academic exchanges, and cooperation between think tanks to reduce cooperation difficulties.
