According to Gate News bot, as reported by Wu, the Hong Kong listed company Pioneer Pharma (00399) has officially signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire all the shares of a company to obtain Conflux Blockchain related assets. The transaction price is planned to be paid in cash, shares, or convertible bonds, with the specific amount to be determined in the formal agreement.
According to the terms of the memorandum, the protocol is valid for 12 months, during which the seller shall not engage in relevant discussions with other parties. Navigating Pharmaceuticals is expanding its Blockchain business through this acquisition plan to achieve a diversified business layout.
