According to Jin10 data reports, the Bank of America’s July Global Fund Manager Survey shows that 38% of investors believe that the trade war triggering a global economic recession is the biggest tail risk event. Tail risk events refer to occurrences that could lead to losses for investors but have a low probability of happening.

20% of surveyed investors believe that inflation hindering the Federal Reserve from lowering interest rates is the second-largest tail risk event. 14% of investors indicate that the depreciation of the dollar due to capital outflows is the third-largest tail risk event.
