The current market conditions still have many uncertainties, here are some investment reference suggestions for you:

First, if the main capital wants to fully activate the market, it is likely to attempt to break through the historical high. The possibility of breaking through the 4375-point as a medium-term resistance level is relatively high, and investors should follow the trend and avoid counter-trend operations.

Secondly, from now until the end of the month, the market may increase speculation regarding a rate cut in September. The main players might use this to push prices to a high level. If the rate cut materializes, the market may experience a strong rally; conversely, a pullback near historical highs would also align with the interests of the main players.

Furthermore, the 4050-4120 point range can be seen as a dividing line between bulls and bears. In the short term, as long as this range is not broken, the upward trend will continue. Investors do not need to overly worry about high position risks; in a unilateral market, technical analysis should conform to the major trend.

In addition, be wary of a possible small double top pattern near the 4340-point level. Currently, it may be advisable to moderately reduce positions and take profits. The future market direction needs to be judged based on the specific patterns, which could either show an M-top decline or build a W-bottom to continue the upward attack, both are possible.

Finally, if there is no effective breakthrough and stable standing above 4375 points within two days, a second wave of slight correction may occur. It is recommended to maintain the bottom position and closely monitor the performance of the support level. If the support is effective, you may consider increasing your position accordingly.

The market is constantly changing, and investment strategies must be flexibly adjusted; one should avoid clinging to unchanging viewpoints. The above suggestions are for reference only, and actual operations should also take into account personal risk preferences and real-time market changes.
