Liepin released "AIGC and its industrial chain talent demand big data report 2023": Shenzhen's average annual salary is 470,000, ranking first
According to China.com, Liepin recently released the "Big Data Report on Talent Demand in AIGC and its Industrial Chain 2023" to analyze the talent demand in the overall domestic AIGC field and related industrial chains. The report pointed out that AIGC's overall new job openings increased by nearly 140%, and the IT/Internet industry's talent demand and growth led the entire industry.
From the perspective of AIGC's overall demand, from January to August 2023, AIGC's new positions increased by 139.76% year-on-year. In terms of industries, the IT/Internet/Games industry accounts for the largest proportion of new AIGC positions, accounting for 62.23%; the automobile, electronics/communications/semiconductors, scientific research technology/business services industry ranks second to third in the proportion of new AIGC positions. Fourth, they are 9.29%, 6.47%, and 6.14% respectively. The proportions of other industries are less than 6%.
Judging from the average annual salary of recruitment, from January to August 2023, the average annual salary of AIGC's new job recruitment was 410,900 yuan, and the salary increased slightly year-on-year, with an increase of 0.88%. Judging from the average annual salary for AIGC positions in the top 10 cities, Shenzhen, Beijing, and Shanghai rank in the top three, all exceeding 440,000, respectively 474,200, 463,000, and 449,400. Hangzhou and Guangzhou ranked fourth and fifth in salary, with wages of 384,400 and 357,200 respectively.
