After more than 40 days of active registration and careful selection, Sui Liquid Staking Hackathon has completed the screening of all registered projects, and the final shortlist has been released amidst everyone’s expectations. Six teams from each track successfully advanced to the Hackathon’s Demo Day. Let’s get to know them.

Legato provides a solution for securing fixed interest rates on liquid pledged assets and predicting annual interest rate volatility on Sui. The project was launched during the WebX Move Hackathon held in Tokyo in July 23rd and won first place, becoming the first project to conduct revenue tokenization experiments on pledged Sui objects after the SIP-6 update.

WispSwap is a decentralized trading and prediction market built on Sui, an asymmetric centralized liquidity DEX with automatically adjusted parameters, using the Ve (3,3) economic design model to predict the decentralized market.

Demo Day demo

🗓 Demo time: September 29, 12:00 - 15:00 (GMT+8)

📺 Demo format: conducted through StreamYard, will be broadcast live online on Sui’s official YouTube channel

🏆Demo process:

Participating team presentation: 10 minutes for each team, 5 minutes demonstration + 5 minutes Q&A interaction. Teams exceeding the specified time will be removed from the live broadcast. Failure to appear within the designated time period will be deemed as a waiver.

Evaluation Criteria

  • The judges will prepare questions in advance for each project participating in the Demo Day
  • The Sui Foundation and partners will select a group of judges and experts from hackathon partner organizations, sponsors, established ecological projects, etc.
  • Each reviewer will submit a score for each project's presentation according to the preset scoring criteria, and then the reviewer's total score will be tallied after deleting the lowest and highest scores. *Normalized, average judging scores will be used to determine winners in each award category *The results of the competition will be announced on October 2 to allow for the aggregation and verification of judging scores
