JPMorgan CEO's Scam Comment for Bitcoin - Koin Newsletter

Jamie Dimon, CEO of banking giant JPMorgan, doesn't think Bitcoin is successful as a currency.

In an interview with Bloomberg TV, the JPMorgan CEO said, "If you mean cryptos like Bitcoin, I've always said they're scams." *Said.

Jamie Dimon said: "If they think it's a currency, there's no hope. It's a Ponzi scheme." * he added.

Unlike Bitcoin, the billionaire thinks that cryptocurrencies that serve a specific purpose can have a value.

"If a crypto coin can do something like a smart contract, it has value," Dimon said. *Said.

The JPMorgan CEO has repeatedly criticized Bitcoin over the past years, calling it a "waste of time."
