$5.2 Billion Company Raises $1 Billion for Crypto Coins - Coin Bulletin

Investment firm Pantera Capital is seeking $1 billion funding to set up a new cryptocurrency fund.

According to information provided by Bloomberg, the name of the fund that will focus on cryptocurrency projects will be Pantera Fund V. Through Pantera Fund V, investments will be made in startups, early-stage tokens, and liquid tokens.

Pantera was aiming to raise $1.25 billion in 2022 to establish a blockchain-focused fund. Sources suggest that the $1.25 billion fund and the new $1 billion fund planned to be established are separate from each other.

Pantera, one of the most active investors in the Crypto space, investing in more than 180 startups, manages $5.2 billion in assets across three separate funds.
