$BTC adds more than 2% following Metaplanet's Bitcoin adoption as Reserve Asset
$BTC, the largest crypto asset by market cap is up over 2% in the past 24hours, & now trades around $62902.6, with market cap of $1235.64B, as per Gate.io chart.
This comes after the incredible report that Metaplanet, a Tokyo-listed investment firm, has today acquired 117.7 BTC worth $7.19 million as its strategic reserve asset, to safeguard against Yen volatility & Japan's escalating debt woes.
