Bloomberg Analyst: All the Rumors About Ethereum Came True! - Coin Bulletin

According to Bloomberg Intelligence ETF analyst, all the rumors about Ethereum turned out to be true.

US-based issuers attempting to launch a spot ETF for Ethereum have updated their filings in response to the Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) request.

On the past day, Fidelity, VanEck, Invesco/Galaxy, Ark/21Shares, and Franklin Templeton submitted their current 19b-4 filings to the SEC through CBOE.

All of these emphasized that they will not be involved in the proof-of-stake (PoS) mechanism in Ethereum in their current files and that the ETH held in the fund will not be used for staking purposes.

Still, Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart says there is still a long way to go for ETFs to be approved. However, Seyffart said, "But these filings prove that all the rumors, speculation, and fuss are true."

"According to Seyffart, 'We need to see that the SEC approves all 19b-4s first and then approves the S-1s. The establishment of ETFs can take weeks or longer'," said.
