Lumos Updates: Ensuring Fair Valuation and Equal Opportunity

Lumoz has received numerous questions and suggestions from VCs and partners. They provided valuable feedback on Lumoz's node sale. In light of this, they decided to listen to these views and make minor changes to the previous rules.

Reasons and Purposes of the Changes

Changes in the structure of the Lumoz node sales are based on a few key goals:

Provide a Reasonable Valuation: The adjustments aim to keep Lumoz's valuation within a reasonable range and prevent it from being excessively inflated. Increasing Potential Returns for Ordinary Users: The changes are designed to allow regular users to achieve higher potential rewards. Equal Early Participation Opportunities: Ensuring that everyone, including individual users, can participate early.

Modified Node Selling Structure:

Total Node Count: The total node count has been reduced from 200K to 100K, increasing the earnings of each node by 100%. Tiers: The Ultimate Tier 10 value has been reduced from 50 to 10, not exceeding 290 million dollars. First Come First Served: Sales will continue on a first come first served basis until all nodes are sold.

Key Time Schedules:

Pre-sale: Will start at 15:00 on June 17 (UTC+8). White List Sale: Starts at 15:00 on June 25th (UTC+8). General Sale: Opens on July 3 at 3:00 PM (UTC+8).

Pre-Sale Details:

Access: A special invitation code is required to enter the presale page. Pre-sale Link: Deposit Requirement: Users are required to make a 20% deposit to lock their existing node layer, and this deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid before the public sale on July 3rd, otherwise the node will be lost and moved to the public sale.

Whitelist Sale:

Eligibility: Only users with whitelist can participate. Process: It follows the pre-sale based on the first-come, first-served basis starting from the current stage. Public Sale: Accessibility: All nodes are accessible to global community users until all are sold.

Node License Details:

Testnet Node Licenses: Successful node recipients will first receive node licenses as NFTs on the sepolia testnet and will be allowed to participate in Lumoz's point activities. Mainnet Node Licenses: When the Lumoz mainnet is launched, node licenses will be issued on the main network. Owners can run nodes themselves for rewards or delegate them to official or third-party node providers. Transferability: Mainnet node licenses can be traded or transferred after six months.

Refund Policy:

We have created a refund mechanism to protect the rights of the global community users: Repayment Window: It will open six months after the TGE. The duration of the window will be determined. Repayment Conditions: Users can request a refund if they are not satisfied, and can receive 80% of the initial payment back, and all generated tokens and NFTs must be returned.

Participation Networks: Users can participate through Arbtrium, BNB Chain, ZKFair, Merlin, etc. Supported Currencies: USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB, ZKF. ZKFair Discounts: Starting from the presale stage, ZKFair will release 200 daily purchase slots and offer a 10% discount for payments made with ZKF. Lumoz Point Event: During the event, which will last for 40 days starting from June 25, 40 million Lumoz points will be distributed, and successful node recipients will be given 1 million points every day. These points can be exchanged for Lumoz Mainnet tokens after they are released into the market.
