**Analysts warned investors that volatility in the crypto market could increase after this week's inflation data and Donald Trump's inauguration.

BRN analyst Valentin Fournier warned that this week's inflation data could rekindle inflation concerns and cautioned investors to be careful about 'sell the news' events following the inauguration of Donald Trump on January 20th.

Fournier, stated to The Block:

Taking into account the volatility, we suggest reducing the risk on cryptocurrencies and waiting for a more suitable entry point. This can provide better opportunities for maximizing returns.

Increase in the Crypto Market and Global Indexes

According to Coingecko data, the cryptocurrency market has recorded approximately 3.4% growth in the past 24 hours. Global stock indices also reflected the improvement in market sentiment.

On the US side, Dow Futures gained 0.31%, S&P 500 Futures gained 0.50%, and Nasdaq Futures gained 0.70%.

Recently, QCP Capital, which shared a similar report a short while ago, conveyed that the Fed's inflation decision to be announced on January 15th and the Trump effect on January 20th could lead to significant fluctuations for altcoins.
