Clear Recovery Signal in Bitcoin and These Altcoins: They Have Gained Strong Momentum! - Coin Bulletin
According to Glassnode data, the futures trading volumes of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and altcoins have shown a strong recovery since the beginning of the new year, signaling optimism in the market.
According to data reported by Glassnode, there has been a noticeable recovery in futures trading volumes in the cryptocurrency markets since the beginning of **2025.
Analysis based on the 7-day simple moving average (SMA) reveals significant increases in the futures trading volumes of leading assets such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Toncoin (TON).
Glassnode reported that after the negative weekly percentage changes seen in futures trading volumes towards the end of December, the market regained strong momentum.
According to this, the futures trading volume of Bitcoin has increased by 55.9% since the beginning of the year, while Ethereum has seen a rise of 54.1% and Toncoin has recorded an increase of 44.4%.
There may be potential in these altcoins
Ripple (+24.3%), Solana (+24.4%), and Tron (+20.5%) showed positive weekly percentage changes in the 7-day SMA trading volume, albeit at a slower pace compared to market giants.
The consistent increase in all assets indicates broad market participation and positioning for a move.
Glassnode analysts noted that this strong recovery in futures trading volumes indicates increasing optimism among investors.
It is stated that the impact of this increase in futures trading volumes on market sensitivity will become more pronounced in the coming weeks and it is necessary to closely monitor whether this trend will continue or not.
