Abstract generation in progress

On-chain analysis platform Glassnode has revealed that Bitcoin's volatility is at historically low levels compared to previous bull markets.

The 3-month moving volatility rate generally remains below 50%, while in the previous two bull markets, this rate regularly exceeded 80% to 100%.

This situation indicates a significant change in Bitcoin's volatility profile. Lower volatility may be a sign of market maturity and large investors seeing BTC as a longer-term asset. However, the decrease in volatility also means a reduction in sharp price movements in the short term.

As the question of whether Bitcoin has become a more stable investment vehicle arises, investors are closely monitoring how this new volatility model will reflect on the future price movements of BTC.
