1. 是否 6s 出块。如果全部稳定在 6s 内出块，说明已经稳定，就离拍卖不远了
2. 看接入的平行链数量，之前申请过的项目都接入进 Rococo，并且运行稳定，就离 Kusama 拍卖不远了
