Hangzhou launches the world's first RWA base for the new cultural and tourism industry, connecting the entire "Equity Confirmation - Circulation - Green Capital" chain.
On August 9, the "Global First New Cultural and Tourism Industry RWA Base - Launch Ceremony" jointly hosted by the Greater Bay Area RWA Incubator, Pasheng Digital Technology, Hongyou (Hangzhou) Management Partnership, Zhejiang Haoyuan Technology Company, Hangzhou Jiuyi Network Technology Co., Ltd., and HARMON VENTURES, with the support of Shenzhen Hongrui Management Consulting Company, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Beijing Yingke (Shenzhen) Law Firm, Jin Tian Cheng Law Firm, and other units, successfully concluded in Hangzhou. This conference focused on "New Financial Opportunities of RWA and the Innovative Integration of Digital Culture and Tourism," not only deeply analyzing the path of RWA technology empowering the cultural and tourism industry but also heavily launching the world's first new cultural and tourism industry RWA base, marking the formal entry of China's cultural and tourism assets into a new stage of "verifiable, tradable, and sustainable" ecological closed-loop.
Industry leaders gather to explore new pathways for the integration of RWA and digital cultural tourism.
The event brought together entrepreneurs and industry participants from various fields such as finance, hospitality, folklore, new energy, carbon credits, and low-altitude economy, to witness this moment of innovation in the cultural tourism industry.
At the beginning of the conference, Chen Xi, the head of the new cultural and tourism RWA incubator, served as the host to kick off the event, introducing the guests present and the core agenda of the event. Subsequently, Diana, the executive chairman of the Greater Bay Area RWA incubator and founding partner of Hongming Capital, delivered a keynote speech titled "How RWA Reshapes the Future Business New System." She analyzed the application potential of RWA technology in the commercial field from various dimensions including policy interpretation, the development of stablecoins, and the current state of the RWA industry both domestically and internationally, while sharing the future layout of the Greater Bay Area RWA incubator, outlining the opportunity blueprint of the RWA innovative financial era for the audience.
As the core part of this event, James, Co-Chairman of the RWA Incubator in the Greater Bay Area and Chairman of Zhejiang Haoyuan Technology Company, officially announced the launch of the world's first RWA base for the new cultural and tourism industry in Hangzhou. He then elaborated on the ecological scale, operational model, and participation pathways of the base to the attendees. In terms of ecological scale, the base will be based in Hangzhou and radiate quality cultural and tourism resources nationwide and globally, covering not only traditional entities such as scenic spots, hotels, and folk villages but also emerging businesses like carbon credits, low-altitude tourism, and smart tourism equipment. This will form a super ecological network that spans the entire chain of 'food, accommodation, transportation, tourism, shopping, and entertainment', integrating the green economy with digital technology, aiming to aggregate tens of millions of asset holders, hundreds of millions of users, and massive upstream and downstream partners to create a trillion-level market space. The operational model will leverage 'technology empowerment + ecological collaboration' as dual engines, relying on blockchain to achieve digital rights confirmation of cultural and tourism assets, allowing various rights to possess characteristics of divisibility and traceability. At the same time, a collaborative platform will be built to connect financial institutions, cultural and tourism enterprises, user communities, etc., forming a closed loop of 'asset on-chain — value circulation — rights realization'. The participation pathways will clarify the entry methods for different entities, allowing asset holders to settle in through qualification submission and digital transformation, financial and technology enterprises to participate in technology research and development, and ordinary participants to obtain rights through consumption or community co-construction, with a tiered mechanism set up to meet different needs.
James emphasized that the new cultural tourism industry RWA base will be centered around RWA technology as a core link, connecting the entire chain of "cultural tourism asset confirmation - liquidity release - green capital injection": by confirming rights, assets will have a "digital ID card", by releasing liquidity, dormant cultural tourism resources will be activated, and by introducing green capital, the low-carbon transformation of the cultural tourism industry will be promoted. He firmly believes that this path will make China's cultural tourism assets a benchmark in the global RWA track, bringing unprecedented changes to the industry.
Full-link planning is released, building a trillion-level ecological closed loop.
The head of the new cultural tourism RWA incubator, Chen Xi, further disclosed the implementation plan for the base, which will advance ecological construction in four phases:
The first stage is the foundation construction period, focusing on the establishment of a digital technology system for cultural and tourism assets, achieving the standardized confirmation of core assets.
The second phase enters the empowerment period, integrating technology and resources to promote the docking of cultural tourism RWA tokens with mainstream compliance systems;
The third phase is the ecological construction period, completing asset landing and incentive mechanism establishment, forming a "industry + community" collaborative development model;
Ultimately enter a prosperous period, achieving self-organization and large-scale operation, and reaching decentralized collaboration and value sharing.
This clear path planning allows the on-site guests to deeply feel the trillion market potential of the new cultural tourism RWA track. Representatives from various industries such as innovative finance, folk customs, hotels, exchanges, and education shared their views, unanimously believing that RWA technology will bring unprecedented innovation to the cultural tourism industry. Several companies on-site have expressed their willingness to join the ecological co-construction.
International cooperation signing injects global resources into ecology.
During the event, Nic Lim, the Executive Chairman of the Greater Bay Area RWA International Incubation Base, made a special trip from the headquarters in Malaysia. He affirmed the potential of the new cultural tourism RWA industry from a global perspective, believing that it is expected to become a new sustainable business system that connects multiple formats. On-site, the International Incubation Base reached a deep cooperation with the new cultural tourism industry RWA base, planning to jointly establish an International New Cultural Tourism Industry RWA Business School to inject international educational resources and talent support into the ecosystem.
In addition, the Greater Bay Area RWA incubator has held strategic cooperation signing ceremonies with several organizations, including Zhejiang Haoyuan Technology Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Jiuyi Network Technology Co., Ltd., and Jintiancheng Law Firm, providing multi-dimensional support in technology, operations, and legal aspects for the RWA base of the new cultural tourism industry.
Together we strive to protect the upgrade of the new cultural tourism RWA ecosystem
At the end of the event, Feng Huangjie, the Operations Director of the Greater Bay Area RWA Incubator, Chief Architect Michael, and Co-Chair Chen Biao (Partner at Jintiancheng Law Firm) delivered speeches from the perspectives of operational management, technical architecture, and compliance framework. They stated that they will ensure the efficient advancement of the new cultural tourism industry RWA base under compliance, through professional team configuration and resource integration, helping the cultural tourism industry achieve leapfrog development in digitalization and financialization.
The world's first new cultural tourism industry RWA incubation base officially landed in Hangzhou.
The successful holding of this conference not only marks the official launch of the world's first RWA base in the new cultural tourism industry but also highlights China's leading position in the integration of RWA technology application and innovation in the cultural tourism industry. In the future, with the continuous improvement of the ecosystem, the new cultural tourism RWA track is expected to unleash market energy worth trillions, providing a "Chinese solution" for the digital transformation of the global cultural tourism industry.
