On August 19, Jin10 reported that a document shows that as part of the protocol, Ukraine will commit to purchasing $100 billion worth of U.S. weapons with funding from Europe, aimed at securing U.S. guarantees for Ukraine's security after reaching a peace agreement with Russia. According to these proposals, Kyiv and Washington will also reach a $50 billion agreement to collaborate with Ukrainian companies to produce drones. Since the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine conflict in 2022, these companies have been pioneers in drone technology. Four informed sources revealed that prior to a meeting with U.S. President Trump at the White House on Monday, Ukraine shared proposals for a new security agreement with the U.S. in a talking points list with European allies.
