很多时候说自己是趋势交易，却玩成了追涨杀跌。两者相似但又有本质上的区别，也是决定是否为交易的本质区别。
别人总结的：
趋势交易，先胜而后战。
追涨杀跌，先战而后胜。
前者是有所部署有所计划，看到价格有突破就跟随趋势。
后者更多是被市场心理支配，没有计划进行，买在了趋势的尾巴，随后即反转。
建议：看到急涨急跌不要慌张操作，不妨等在稳定一点，自己冲动操作时候，不妨等个十来分钟再看看。
